Refunds & Returns Policy
If you aren't then we will do everything that we can to fix the problem. Either send us a message via the Contact Us page or send us an email quoting your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org
You have 14 days from the date you received your goodies to let us know that you aren't happy with them. If 14 days has elapsed then we will still try and help in anyway that we can.
We do not accept the return of opened or used products. But again if your not happy with your Foxy products then please Contact Us and we will endeavour to help.
Please don't return any products until you have notified us here at the Foxy Soap Company. Prior authorisation from us here at the Foxy Soap Company is needed before a product can be returned.
We do not cover the cost of returning a product unless the product is faulty.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days once we have received the products. Refunds will be processed onto the payment card used for the original transaction.
We will always do our best to ensure that you have an amazing shopping experience with us, we don't want unhappy customers, so please let us know so that we can fix it!
We aim to respond to support related enquiries within 2-4hrs. (excluding weekends)
